The First Friday Book Talk & Reading Series features writers from around the world who have Nebraska connections, a national presence, and a new book. Larksong welcomes Theodore Wheeler, author of “The War Begins in Paris,” USA Today bestseller. Wheeler has won fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, Nebraska Arts Council, and Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart, Germany. For fourteen years he worked as a journalist, currently he teaches creative writing in the English Department at Creighton University.
