Lincoln City Councilman Carl Eskridge, a Democrat, is in his second elected term representing Lincoln’s Northwest District 4. He lives in the heart of downtown Lincoln and has been employed as an attorney in the State Ombudsman’s Office since 1996. Carl is an ordained Presbyterian minister, and a practicing mediator with degrees from the UNL College of Law, San Francisco Theological Seminary, The Austin Texas Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and St Andrews Presbyterian College.
