The Stransky Park Concert Series is a cherished summertime event, weaving together music, art, and local cuisine against the beautiful backdrop of Stransky Park. As the sun sets each Thursday evening in June through July, Lincoln’s Irvingdale neighborhood comes alive with 2 hours of music, local food trucks, all hosted by KZUM Community Radio. We collaborate every week with local organizations on an interactive “hands-on” art project providing an immersive experience for attendees.
We want to thank our sponsors at Union Bank and Trust, Lincoln Electric Systems, The Nebraska Pharmacists Association, The Lincoln Parks Foundation, City of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities, Madsens’s Bowling and Billiards, and Black Hills Energy.
Stransky Park is located at 17th and Harrison Street in Lincoln and music runs from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Bring your blankets, chairs, water, bug spray and some cash to support this free music series!
In the case of a rain out, please check KZUM social media. The call will be made by 3 p.m., the day of the concert.
See ya in the park!
