We have some Year End lists from our Programmers. This includes some favorite music, music-books, and even an essay from our old friend, Jack of Hearts.
This special presentation features an interview with Shoba Sivaprasad Wadhia. Wadhia will be speaking as part of the E.N. Thompson Forum on World Issues. The E.N. Thompson Forum on World Issues is a cooperative project of the Cooper Foundation, Lied Center for Performing Arts, and University of Nebraska-Lincoln. It was established in 1988 with the purpose of bringing a diversity of viewpoints on international and public policy issues to the university and people of Nebraska to promote understanding and encourage debate.
Lincoln's annual music festival, Lincoln Calling, brought many awesome acts to Lincoln's outdoor stages. You can see some photos that we were able to get while on the scene.
Sneaking in on Friday might have been the least talked about concert happening that week. And while it may have been drowned out by all the other events going on around town that week, certainly wasn’t the quietest. In fact, it was probably the loudest.
