Working to bring you community-focused reporting from Lincoln, KZUM’s news program launched in June 2018. Starting small, with a weekly half-hour newscast and online stories throughout the week, KZUM News hopes to highlight the people of Lincoln and stories important to them, down to a neighborhood level.

Hosted by Casey Welsch and featuring contributions by volunteer reporters, KZUM News will air live every Thursday, 6-6:30 p.m., and be available as a podcast the following day at kzum.org/news.

Please email story ideas and press releases to news@kzum.org.
