We have had some recent and upcoming changes to the program schedule, both permanent and temporary. We also have multiple recent graduates from the 2025 Programmer Academy who are in training right now and will have their permanent time slots in the months to come. The schedule shared today is largely temporary. Here is what you’re hearing for the time being.:

Back in the Day w/ DJ Aztec has recently ceased production. In its place, on a temporary basis, are the shows below:
– 6-7 p.m.: A replay of Juke in the Back
– 7-8 p.m.: Indie Music Mix
– 8-9 p.m.: The Latin Alternative (from PRX)

The Latin Alternative also plays Tuesdays from 1-2 p.m. on a temporary basis.

– A tech-talk show produced by WFMU called Techtonic will begin airing Monday mornings, 4-5 a.m. effective March 24, 2025
Techtonic Description: Conversations with creators and thinkers who are charting the way forward in a tech-saturated society. In our shift to a digital future, we need alternatives to Big Tech.

– An environmentally-focused show called Earth Riot Radio will begin playing Thursdays 6:30-7 p.m. effective April 3, 2025.
Earth Riot Radio Description: Hosted by Reverend Billy and Savitri D, EARTH RIOT is a comedy-infused, music-filled exploration of humanity’s most urgent issue — the planet’s Sixth Extinction.
