Is it possible for a landlord to make their money in an ethical way? Lincoln property owner Pablo Cervantes certainly thinks so. Cervantes, a former undocumented immigrant, is the owner of Casa Properties. Now a US citizen, Cervantes believes he can make his money ethically while providing the highest quality rental units to the people who need them most: immigrants, refugees, even ex-cons. Casa Properties believes in giving people a chance to succeed, and he believes in the strength of his business model.
