From the Mile High City to traveling around the world, the Taylor Scott Band will be in Lincoln this Saturday at Bodega’s Alley. The show is $12 in advance and $15 day of, it starts at 9 p.m. and the band will be joined by Evan Bartels and the Stoney Lonesomes.

Scott has travelled the world with “trance-blues legend” Otis Taylor and in 2015, played alongside Warren Haynes on Otis Taylor’s critically acclaimed release, Hey Joe Opus: Red Meat. The four-piece will be showcasing the newly released album, All We Have. Heavily influenced by soul, funk and rock ‘n’ roll, featuring Steve Berlin (Los Lobos) as a producer and guest appearances of Henry Garza (Los Lonely Boys). With the fusion of different genres, Scott brings a unique flavor to the rock ‘n’ roll genre.

Joining Scott on stage is Lincoln favorite, Evan Bartels and the Stoney Lonesomes. In 2018, the band had an incredible year, playing at many festivals, including Zoofest and the KZUM Summer Concert Series. With rumors of a new album this year, perhaps there will be a sneak peek at this weekend’s show.

If you like dancing and rock ‘n roll, Bodega’s is where you need to be this Saturday but if you can’t make it, the Taylor Scott Band will be in Omaha at The B. Bar on Friday and in Fremont at the Corner Bar on Sunday.
